Visit more than once
Weekday traffic, weekend activity, rain and evening noise can change your impression. Return before treating your first visit as representative.
Compare the ordinary week
List the services you would use weekly and the journeys you would repeat. Check whether the convenient route on a map also works at the times you travel. If a car is unavailable one day, understand what alternatives exist today.
Ask whose future you are buying
An announced road, school or transit link can be promising, but it is not a present amenity. Record the source and status of each claim. The home should still work for your family if a proposed improvement is delayed.
